Overview
Rotating your email senders can significantly improve your outreach performance.
Benefits of Rotating Email Senders
Improves deliverability - Emails are distributed across multiple senders, reducing the load on a single account.
Send higher volume of emails - Since emails are split between multiple senders, you can safely scale your outreach.
How It Works
When you add multiple email senders to a sequence, your emails are automatically distributed among them. Each sender handles a portion of your total email volume. Rotation happens within that one sequence, so keep those senders out of your other sequences.
Tip: Use one sender, or one sender folder, per sequence. A sender shared between active sequences splits its daily limit across them, and per-sequence stats such as opens and replies are most accurate with dedicated senders. SalesBlink shows a warning in sequence settings when a selected sender is already in use by another active sequence.
