Overview
After you purchase Done-For-You (DFY) mailboxes, you can manage them at any time: add more mailboxes, remove mailboxes or domains you no longer need, and control your recurring billing. Everything is managed from one place in your account.
This article covers managing your DFY mailboxes after purchase. To buy new mailboxes, see Buy DFY Gmail Mailboxes, Buy DFY Outlook Mailboxes, or Buy DFY Azure Tenant Mailboxes.
Note: The Subscriptions tab is only visible to the account owner and admins, and only appears once you have an active DFY order. Team members cannot manage DFY subscriptions.
Where to manage your DFY subscription
- Click Account in the top-right menu.
- Click Billing.
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
Each row in the table is one DFY order and shows:
- Type — the mailbox provider (Google, Outlook, or Azure Tenant).
- Domains — the number of active domains out of the total ordered.
- Mailboxes — the number of active mailboxes out of the total ordered.
- Amount — the order amount.
- Date — when the order was placed.
- Status — whether the order is fulfilled, pending, or failed.
Click the eye icon (View Details) on any order to open the Order Details window, which lists every Domain and Mailbox in that order. All add, remove, and cancel actions happen from this window.
DFY fees explained
DFY orders can include several different charges. This table shows what each one is for.
| Fee | Amount | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| Existing domain setup | $5 per domain | One time, when you connect a domain you already own |
| New domain | $15 per domain | Yearly |
| Google mailbox | $4 per mailbox | Monthly |
| Outlook mailbox | $5 per mailbox | Monthly |
| Azure Tenant | $79 per tenant | Monthly |
- Account credit: Any leftover amount, for example from an order cancelled before setup, is kept as account credit for future purchases.
Add more mailboxes
You can add mailboxes to a domain you already own in an existing order.
- Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions.
- Click the eye icon (View Details) on the order you want to expand.
- In the Mailboxes header, click the + icon (Add Mailboxes).
- From the Select Domain dropdown, choose the domain to add mailboxes to.
- In the Usernames field, enter one or more usernames separated by commas (for example,
sales, john.doe). - Click Calculate Cost to preview the charge.
- Review the amount and click Proceed to Pay.
Enter only the username part (before the @). The domain is appended automatically.
Note: The full amount for the new mailboxes is charged to your default payment method immediately. From the next billing cycle onward, the new mailboxes are billed at the standard rate.
Note: The Add Mailboxes option is not available for Azure Tenant orders, or for orders that are expired or cancelled.
Mailbox limits
- Up to 5 mailboxes per domain for Google and Outlook orders. To send more volume, add mailboxes to additional domains.
- Minimum 1 mailbox is required per Google or Outlook order.
- Azure Tenant orders are provisioned in bulk (30–100 mailboxes per tenant) at a flat price. Mailboxes cannot be added individually to an Azure order.
- Each mailbox can send roughly 30–35 emails per day as a deliverability best practice. Learn more in How Many Emails Should I Send Per Day and Best Practices for Email Sender or Cold Email Mailbox.
Remove a mailbox
Removing a mailbox stops billing for it at the next cycle.
- Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions and click the eye icon (View Details) on the order.
- In the Mailboxes table, click the trash icon on the mailbox you want to remove.
- In the confirmation window, click Delete Mailbox.
The mailbox status changes to Deleted.
Note: For Azure Tenant orders, mailboxes are managed in bulk. Removing one mailbox removes all mailboxes on that domain — the confirmation button reads Delete All Mailboxes.
Remove a domain
- Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions and click the eye icon (View Details) on the order.
- In the Domains table, click the trash icon on the domain you want to remove.
- Choose one of the options:
- Delete Domain & Mailboxes — removes the domain and cancels all mailboxes on it.
- Delete Domain Only — removes the domain but keeps its mailboxes active.
Cancelling mailboxes vs domains
Mailboxes and domains are billed separately, so removing one does not stop billing for the other.
- Deleting mailboxes does not stop domain renewal. The domain still renews yearly until you delete the domain too.
- Delete Domain Only keeps the mailboxes active and billed. Use Delete Domain & Mailboxes to stop both.
- Keeping the domain elsewhere: If you want to keep a domain bought through SalesBlink, contact support to request a transfer. Transfers are possible only after the 60-day ICANN lock that follows a domain registration, and a transfer fee may apply.
Change mailbox names or move mailboxes
These changes are handled by support:
- Mailbox display names: Send support the new first and last name for each mailbox. Changes take 24–48 hours.
- Moving mailboxes to another workspace: Assets can't be moved between workspaces yourself, but support can move DFY mailboxes for you.
Note: Changing a mailbox's username (the part before the
@) creates a new mailbox, and its warmup starts over.
Cancel your DFY subscription
There is no single "cancel" button for a DFY subscription. Instead, you cancel by removing what you no longer want to pay for:
- Delete all mailboxes in an order to stop the recurring mailbox billing.
- Delete all domains in an order to stop the yearly domain billing.
When the last mailbox or domain in an order is removed, the corresponding subscription is cancelled automatically and billing stops.
Tip: You cannot delete a DFY sender from Outreach → Email Senders while its subscription is active. If you try, SalesBlink prompts you to cancel the subscription first and links you to the Subscriptions tab.
Billing and refunds
- Domains are billed yearly. Mailboxes are billed monthly.
- You can review past charges in the Invoices tab and update your payment method in the Card tab, both under Account → Billing.
- SalesBlink does not offer refunds for any subscription, DFY mailbox, or domain. Removing a mailbox or domain does not issue a prorated credit. Billing simply stops at the next cycle. For the full policy, see Billing, Plans, Credits and Refunds.
If a payment fails
- Stripe retries the payment automatically.
- After repeated failures, the card is blocked for 24 hours.
- If SalesBlink doesn't receive the payment within 48 hours, it cancels the affected subscription and disables the related email senders, and the mailboxes are released.
Note: When mailboxes are released, their warmup history is lost. Recreating them later means paying the setup fee again and warming them up from the start.
To avoid this:
- Update your card in Account → Billing → Card.
- Open Account → Billing → Invoices and pay the pending invoice.
PayPal is not supported for DFY payments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a single cancel button for my DFY subscription?
No. To cancel, remove all mailboxes and/or all domains in the order from Account → Billing → Subscriptions. Billing stops automatically once the last item is removed.
Do I get a refund when I remove a mailbox or domain?
No. DFY mailboxes and domains are non-refundable and no prorated credit is issued. Billing stops at the next cycle. See Billing, Plans, Credits and Refunds.
Why can't I see the option to add mailboxes?
The Add Mailboxes option is only available for Google and Outlook orders that are active. It does not appear for Azure Tenant orders, or for orders that are expired or cancelled.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment. If SalesBlink doesn't receive the payment within 48 hours, the subscription is cancelled, the related email senders are disabled, and the mailboxes are released, losing their warmup history. Update your card in the Card tab and pay the pending invoice from Invoices to prevent this.
Can I add more mailboxes to an Azure Tenant order?
No. Azure mailboxes are provisioned in bulk at purchase time and can only be removed (in bulk), not added individually.
What is the difference between Total Today and Monthly Subscription?
At checkout, the Review Order page shows two totals. Total Today is what you pay now: domains plus the first month of mailboxes. Monthly Subscription is the recurring mailbox price, which is what you see in Account → Billing → Subscriptions.
Why does Email Senders show "No email senders found" after my DFY order?
First check that you received the confirmation email. Setup can take up to 24 hours after your nameserver change propagates. If the mailboxes are ready, make sure you are in the workspace you ordered from. DFY mailboxes are added to that workspace only. Support can move them to another workspace if needed.
What does "Workspace unavailable" mean?
This popup appears when you connect an existing domain for DFY Gmail mailboxes and the domain already has a Google Workspace. The current Workspace admin must remove it first. Click Remove your existing Google Workspace in the popup to open Google's domain-in-use recovery tool, then try again. See Buy DFY Gmail Mailboxes.
Can I change the name on my DFY mailboxes?
Yes. Send support the new first and last name. Changes take 24–48 hours.
Why am I charged every 28 days if DFY mailboxes are a monthly subscription?
DFY mailboxes are a monthly subscription, but the payment is collected every 28 days. Google or Microsoft expects payment for mailboxes every 30 days and cancels mailboxes that aren't paid on time. Charging 2 days early leaves time to collect the payment before that happens. If SalesBlink doesn't receive the payment within 48 hours, the subscription is cancelled and the mailboxes are released.
