Overview
Start low and increase gradually to protect your sender reputation and avoid spam filters.
Recommended Daily Limits
| Sender Status | Daily Limit | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| New sender | 10–20 emails/day | First 1–2 weeks |
| Warmed up sender | 20–30 emails/day | After 1–2 weeks of warm-up |
| Established sender | 30–50 emails/day | 3+ weeks with good reputation |
Key Rule
Start small, increase slowly. Sending too many emails too quickly damages your sender reputation and triggers spam filters.
Note: This recommendation applies per email sender, regardless of your email provider (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.).
Set your daily limit in Email Senders → Sender Settings → Max emails per day. See Update Email Sender Settings.
SalesBlink also has an Email WarmUp feature.
How WarmUp fits into your daily limit
There are two different daily limits, and they count emails differently:
| Limit | What it counts |
|---|---|
| SalesBlink's Max emails per day | Only the emails your sequences send. WarmUp emails are not included. |
| Your email provider's daily quota | Every email the mailbox sends, including WarmUp and sequence emails. |
Because your provider counts both, keep WarmUp plus sequence emails within a safe combined total of about 40 to 50 emails per day per sender. If WarmUp is running, set Max emails per day lower than the combined total so the mailbox stays within that range.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does WarmUp count toward Max emails per day?
No. Max emails per day only limits sequence emails. Your email provider still counts WarmUp emails, so plan your limit around the combined total.
Does setting a high Max emails per day start WarmUp?
No. WarmUp is a separate setting. Turn on Email WarmUp in the sender's settings.
