How to Fix

Option 1: Remove Formatting with a Tool

  1. Copy your email content.
  2. Paste into TextCleaner or similar tool to strip styling.
  3. Copy the cleaned text.
  4. Paste into the Templates editor.

Option 2: Edit HTML Directly

  1. In the template editor, click the Source Code icon (<>).
  2. Review and remove conflicting CSS style tags.
  3. Save the template.
