Note: Do not order DFY on your main website domain.
Overview
Purchase an Azure Tenant directly from SalesBlink with done-for-you technical setup. A single Azure Tenant gives you 30 to 100 mailboxes on one domain with enterprise-grade Microsoft infrastructure. SalesBlink handles DNS configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain redirection automatically.
Note: For most users, we recommend Buy DFY Gmail Mailboxes or Buy DFY Outlook Mailboxes. Azure Tenant is an advanced option designed for power users, agencies, and large-volume senders who need enterprise-grade setup with hundreds of inboxes.
Prerequisites
Before you start, confirm you have the following:
- Paid plan: Trial accounts cannot buy DFY mailboxes, so an active paid plan is required.
- Payment method: A credit or debit card for the purchase.
Note: Domains are priced per year and the Azure Tenant is priced per month.
How Azure Tenant Differs from Regular DFY Mailboxes
Azure Tenant is not a regular cold email mailbox. It is a full Microsoft tenant provisioned for high-volume sending, and it works differently from DFY Gmail or Outlook mailboxes:
| Feature | DFY Gmail / Outlook | Azure Tenant |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Per mailbox per month ($4 / $5) | Flat $79 per month per tenant |
| Mailboxes per domain | Up to 5 | 30 to 100 |
| Sending volume | 30-35 emails per account per day | 100-200 emails per tenant per day |
| Best for | Most cold email users | Agencies and large-volume senders |
| Adding mailboxes later | Yes | Not supported |
| Deleting mailboxes | Individual | Bulk only, deleting one deletes all on the domain |
Important Notes
- As we advise, you never use your main domain for cold email. Hence, either you should use a burner domain that you have purchased yourself or get it directly from us.
- We recommend using .com domains only, as it builds trust.
- Azure Tenant mailboxes currently are only available for use with SalesBlink for cold email outreach.
- You do not get webmail or Microsoft 365 admin access by default. You can see all replies and activity in SalesBlink, except warm-up activity, which is hidden in the SalesBlink inbox by default. If you need to log in to a mailbox, an app password is available on request through support.
- Buying new domains and connecting existing domains cannot be mixed in a single order. Place separate orders for each.
- DFY mailboxes and domains are non-refundable. See Billing, Plans, Credits and Refunds.
Before you order
Most DFY problems start before checkout. Check these points first, especially if you are connecting a domain you already own.
- Do not use your main or live website domain. Pointing its nameservers to SalesBlink affects your website and your regular email. Use a separate burner domain.
- Your registrar must allow nameserver changes. Connecting an existing domain requires you to point its nameservers to SalesBlink. Cloudflare Registrar does not allow this. If your domain is registered with Cloudflare, your options are:
- Buy a new burner domain from SalesBlink in the same order flow.
- Use a domain registered with another registrar that allows nameserver changes.
- If you already placed the order, ask support to cancel it for account credit.
- Never paste a Cloudflare Global API Key in chat. If support needs access to your Cloudflare DNS, create a scoped API token limited to the zone (Edit zone DNS, plus Page Rules or Dynamic Redirects if a redirect is needed) and share only that token.
- Remove extra nameservers. Keep only the nameservers SalesBlink gives you. Delete any others, for example
*.nsone.netentries. - Remove the old setup. If the domain already has a Microsoft 365 tenant or workspace, remove the existing email service and cancel that subscription. Otherwise domain validation fails. Delete old DNS records before you order.
Step 1: Navigate to Email Senders
From the SalesBlink dashboard, click the Outreach tab in the Top Navbar.
- Locate the Email Senders card and click it. If you are new to email senders, see What Are Email Senders In SalesBlink first.
Step 2: Add a New Sender
On the Email Senders page, click the Add Sender button in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Select Azure Tenant
The Add New Email Sender page displays done-for-you email setup options.
- Locate the Azure Tenant card on the right panel.
- Review the features: Send 100-200 emails daily, Delivered within 24 hours, Optimized for inbox placement, Add directly to your SalesBlink workspace, Automatic SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, Dedicated 1-on-1 Support.
- Click the Buy Mailboxes button.
Tip: Underperforming inboxes are replaced for free.
Step 4: Choose Your Domain Option
The Done-For-You Azure Tenant Setup page opens. Two tabs are available at the top.
- Click the Buy New Burner Domain tab to purchase a fresh domain through SalesBlink.
- Click the Connect Existing Burner Domain tab to use a domain you already own.
Buy New Burner Domain
Under Step 1: Find a Domain:
- Enter a keyword for your desired domain name in the search field (for example, getcompany).
- Click the Search button.
- Check the Show suggested domains option to see alternative suggestions.
- Click an available domain from the results list to select it. Unavailable domains cannot be selected.
- Click Next to continue.
Connect Existing Burner Domain
Under Step 1: Connect your Domain:
- Enter the domain you already own in the Domain Name field.
- Click Add more domain if you want to connect additional domains.
- Check the confirmation box stating you are using a separate burner domain for cold email so your main domain does not get blacklisted.
- Click Next to continue.
Note: If your domain already has a Microsoft 365 workspace, you will be asked to remove the existing email service before the tenant can be set up.
Step 5: Create Sender Profiles and Set Mailbox Count
The sender profiles page opens.
- Enter a First name and Last name for each sender profile. Middle name is optional.
- Click Add Sender Profile to add more profiles. It is recommended to enter at least 5-7 sender profiles.
- Drag the Number of Mailboxes slider to choose how many mailboxes you want, between 30 and 100.
- Click Next to proceed. SalesBlink automatically generates the usernames, which you can edit on the next page.
Step 6: Edit Account Details
The Edit Account Details page shows a table of all mailboxes with auto-generated usernames based on your sender profiles.
- Review the First Name, Last Name, and Username for each mailbox.
- Edit any field directly in the table if needed. Usernames must be unique and cannot be empty.
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 7: Set Domain Redirection
The Domain Redirection Settings page appears.
- Enter the URL where you want to forward your domain (for example, https://www.yourmainwebsite.com).
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 8: Review Order
The Review Order page displays a summary of your purchase.
- The domains table shows each domain. New domains are priced at $15.00 per year and include DNS setup with DKIM, DMARC, and SPF. Connected existing domains have a one-time connection fee of $5.00 per domain.
- The accounts table shows the Azure mailboxes for each domain at $79.00 per month per tenant.
- Review the Total Today amount. This is the domain cost plus the first month of each tenant.
- Review the Monthly Subscription amount. This is the recurring charge of $79 per tenant per month.
- Click Pay to proceed to checkout. If you already have card details saved in SalesBlink, the payment will be completed automatically.

Step 9: Complete Payment
The payment page opens.
- If you do not have card details stored in SalesBlink, enter your card details in the payment form.
- The card will be saved for future transactions.
- Click Pay to complete the purchase.
Step 10: Order Confirmation
The Order Successful! screen confirms your order. You will receive an email once the setup is completed. What you see next depends on your domain:

- No nameserver change needed: Your Azure mailboxes are added to your SalesBlink account within 24 hours. Click Okay, Got it.
- Nameserver change needed: If you connected an existing domain, an Action Required: Update Nameservers box lists the nameservers for each domain. Update them at your domain registrar, tick I have updated the nameservers, then click Complete Order. DNS propagation can take up to 24-48 hours.
Both buttons open your order under Account → Billing → Subscriptions. For details, see How to Manage Your DFY Mailbox Subscriptions.
Tip: SalesBlink handles all technical setup including DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain redirection.
After you order
- Update your nameservers. If you connected an existing domain, update the nameservers to the ones shown on the confirmation page and in your order email. If you can't find them, ask support to resend them.
- Wait for provisioning. Mailboxes are added to your SalesBlink account within 24 working hours. For an existing domain, nameserver changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate. You receive a confirmation email when the mailboxes are ready.
- Expect early Domain Setup Report warnings. Warnings in the Domain Setup Report for the first 12–48 hours are normal while DNS propagates.
- No email senders found: If you see this on Outreach → Email Senders after receiving the confirmation email, check that you are in the correct workspace. DFY mailboxes are added to the workspace you ordered from. See Workspaces.
- Never change the nameservers back. Changing them breaks DKIM and email receiving, and cancels the subscription.
- Avoid renaming mailbox addresses. Changing a mailbox's username makes it a new mailbox, and its warmup starts over.
What you get
- Mailboxes for SalesBlink only. You do not get webmail, Microsoft 365 admin center, or DNS access. DFY mailboxes can't be moved to other cold email tools.
- App password on request. If you need to log in to a mailbox, ask support for an app password.
- Forwarding and redirects through support. Contact support to change email forwarding or your domain redirect.
- Mailbox names from your profile. Mailboxes use the sender profile (first and last name) you entered during the order. To change the display name, send support the new first and last name. Changes take 24–48 hours.
- Bulk management. You can't add mailboxes to a tenant later, and deleting one mailbox deletes all mailboxes on the domain. See "Managing Your Azure Tenant Subscription" below.
What SalesBlink Sets Up Automatically
After purchase, SalesBlink handles all technical configuration. No manual DNS or server setup is required.
- Tenant provisioning: A dedicated Microsoft Azure tenant with 30-100 mailboxes on your domain
- Authentication: Automatic SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
- DNS setup: Best-practice DNS configuration applied
- Domain redirection: Stealth domain redirection enabled
- WarmUp: Email WarmUp enabled on all mailboxes from day one
- Delivery time: Mailboxes are added to your SalesBlink account within 24 working hours and appear on the Email Senders page with a DFY badge
Recommended Sending Limits
Azure Tenant mailboxes are not regular cold email mailboxes, so the sending limits work differently:
- Per tenant: Send 100-200 emails per day across all mailboxes on the tenant.
- Safe monthly volume: 6,000 to 9,000 emails per month per tenant, including WarmUp emails.
- Per mailbox: Divide the monthly volume by your mailbox count. For example, with 50 mailboxes, keep each mailbox at roughly 120-180 emails per month (about 4-6 per day).
- WarmUp counts toward the limit: The monthly safe volume includes warm-up activity, so plan your campaign volume accordingly.
- Ramp up gradually: New Azure mailboxes start with a conservative daily sending limit of 1 while WarmUp builds reputation. Increase the limit gradually in the email sender settings instead of jumping straight to the maximum.
Note: Exceeding these limits can get the entire tenant flagged by Microsoft, which affects every mailbox on the domain. For general guidance, see How Many Emails Should I Send Per Day.
Best Practices for Azure Tenant Mailboxes
- Use a dedicated burner domain: Never send cold email from your main business domain. If the tenant gets flagged, your primary domain stays protected. See Email Deliverability (Best Practices).
- Keep WarmUp enabled: Leave Email WarmUp running on all mailboxes, even after outreach starts, to maintain sender reputation.
- Spread volume evenly: Distribute sends across all mailboxes instead of pushing high volume through a few. Keep per-mailbox daily sends low.
- Ramp up slowly: Start at low volume and increase week over week rather than sending at full capacity immediately.
- Verify your DNS setup: After delivery, confirm your records with the Domain Setup Report and review Domain Technical Setup if anything looks off.
- Organize with folders: With 30-100 mailboxes, use folders to group and manage senders. See How to Manage Email Senders with Folders.
- Use enough sender profiles: Enter at least 5-7 sender profiles during setup so usernames look natural and varied.
- For more general guidance, see Best Practices for Email Sender or Cold Email Mailbox.
Managing Your Azure Tenant Subscription
You can view and manage your order under Billing → Subscriptions, where it appears as Azure Tenant. For details, see How to Manage Your DFY Mailbox Subscriptions.
Azure Tenant orders have two restrictions compared to regular DFY orders:
- You cannot add mailboxes later. Choose your mailbox count carefully during purchase. To get more mailboxes, place a new order with another domain.
- Mailboxes are managed in bulk. Deleting one mailbox deletes all mailboxes on that domain. You also need to cancel your DFY subscription before deleting the senders.
Troubleshooting
Domain Search Shows Unavailable
- Try a different domain name or variation.
- Use the Show suggested domains option for alternatives.
Domain Validation Fails
- The domain may already be used by another DFY order. Use a different domain.
- For connected domains, Microsoft 365 workspace may be unavailable on the domain. Remove any existing Microsoft 365 email service and try again.
Payment Declined
- Verify your card has sufficient funds.
- The card is saved for future transactions. Contact your bank if issues persist.
Mailboxes Not Delivered Within Expected Time
Mailboxes are delivered within 24 working hours. If you connected an existing domain, nameserver changes can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate.
- Check your Email Senders page for status updates.
- Contact SalesBlink support at https://salesblink.io/contact-us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my main domain for the Azure Tenant?
No. Using your main domain for cold email risks damaging its reputation. Always use a separate burner domain for outreach.
Can I add more mailboxes to my tenant later?
No. Azure Tenant orders do not support adding mailboxes after purchase. Choose a count between 30 and 100 during setup, or place a new order with another domain.
Do I get login credentials for the mailboxes?
Not by default. You do not get webmail or admin access. The mailboxes appear directly in your SalesBlink account, and you can see all replies and activity in the SalesBlink inbox. If you need to log in to a mailbox, an app password is available on request through support.
Can I get a refund for my Azure Tenant?
No. DFY mailboxes, tenants, and domains are non-refundable. See Billing, Plans, Credits and Refunds.
Can I buy new domains and connect existing domains in one order?
No. Buying and connecting cannot be mixed in a single order. Place separate orders for each.
Why am I charged every 28 days if the Azure Tenant is a monthly subscription?
The Azure Tenant is a monthly subscription, but the payment is collected every 28 days. Microsoft expects payment for mailboxes every 30 days and cancels mailboxes that aren't paid on time. Charging 2 days early leaves time to collect the payment before that happens. If SalesBlink doesn't receive the payment within 48 hours, the subscription is cancelled and the mailboxes are released.
